Laura and I co-founded Fractal Facilitation, a collective of changemakers. We have designed and delivered leadership workshops, and we collaborate on coaching circles  and other projects.

Laura is a multi-talented leader, a brilliant communications executive, and an original thinker.

Ngum Ananga and I have worked together on many projects in organizations, and we are a strong design and facilitation team.

Our partnership is one that embraces diversity in every way: colour, age, thought, and expression. Although very different, we are collaborative and trusting with each other, and we model this with and for the organizations we work with.

The way we work together is the way we want the world to be.

Amina is one of my partners at Fractal Facilitation. She is an equity, diversity, inclusion consultant with a strong focus on intersectionality. AND she is really fun to facilitate with. She loves facilitation - and is always vibrant and engaging in a group.

Amina has a strong commitment to intersectional DEI, is curious and warm.

I am a partner in a collective of change makers dedicated to supporting leaders in uncertain times.

In Emergent Strategy, adrienne maree brown says:

we can see our own lives and work and relationships as a front line, a first place we can practice justice, liberation, and alignment with each other and the planet.

That is what inspires and informs Fractal Facilitation, and our ongoing exploration of working in relationship with each other and beyond. Fractal Facilitation is a prototype for our applied research and practices.

I live, work, and play on the traditional and unceded territory of the Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) Nation, who are part of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

I am committed to protecting this place by living lightly on the land and honouring its original caretakers
