Conversations that help you find clarity—and move forward

Life can become complicated.

You may be facing a transition, wrestling with a decision, questioning your direction, or sensing that something needs to change.

Coaching gives you a place to slow down, hear yourself think, and work out what matters now.

I offer thoughtful, focused support for people who want to move forward without pushing harder, losing sight of themselves, or pretending to have all the answers.

What can coaching help with?

People come to coaching for many reasons.

You may want to:

  • Untangle a difficult decision or complicated situation

  • Navigate a transition in your work or personal life

  • Understand what is keeping you stuck

  • Reconnect with your values, strengths, or confidence

  • Think more clearly about a relationship or recurring challenge

  • Find practical next steps that feel right for you

You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from coaching.

Sometimes, having the right conversation at the right moment can help you see yourself, your situation, and your options more clearly.

A place to think honestly

My role is not to tell you what to do.

It is to listen carefully, ask useful questions, notice patterns, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing.

Together, we create space for you to think more clearly, recognize what you already know, and find your own way forward.

My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and human. Our conversations are focused, but they are never rushed or formulaic.

How we can work together

You may come to coaching with a particular issue you want to work through, or you may want support over a longer period

A focused Conversation:

One or several sessions to think through a decision, transition, challenge, or opportunity.

Ongoing coaching:

Regular conversations that allow you to explore recurring patterns, deepen your understanding of yourself, and make changes that develop over time.

In either case, we will begin with what matters most to you.

I offer individual coaching sessions of one hour for $150. I recommend that we meet once every 2 -4 weeks.

What can change through coaching?

Good coaching does not hand you a ready-made answer.

It can help you:

  • See yourself and your situation more clearly

  • Separate what matters from what is creating noise

  • Understand the assumptions or fears influencing you

  • Become more confident in your own judgment

  • Approach challenges with greater steadiness

  • Take action that feels more deliberate and true to you

Change does not always happen dramatically.

Often, it begins with seeing something differently, naming what has been difficult to articulate, or recognizing that you have more choice than you thought.

Family, work, friendship, and community life can all bring conflict or strain. Coaching helps you understand the dynamics and prepare for conversations that matter.
