I’ve lived a life that required holding many things at once—building a business while raising a family, navigating responsibility and uncertainty, and working in complex environments where business demands and personal responsibilities were deeply intertwined.
Across all my experiences, one thing became clear: our progress rarely comes from pressure, nor does it wait for our plans to be perfected. But it can be helped by having the right conversations at the right time—conversations that help us organize our thinking, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with integrity. And it is helped by the clarity and confidence those conversations nurture in us.
My training in coaching, organizational life, and systems change gave me language and structure for what I had already learned through experience: meaningful change happens when people are supported, not pushed; respected, not fixed.

Initial Coaching Consultation

One-on-one Coaching
Coaching is a partnership. My approach is adapted to your specific needs and our evolving collaboration. I use a structured approach when it is called for and a more interactive dialogic process when that makes sense. This is a flexible and adaptive way of working together that is always centred around you and what you want to focus on.

Some challenges only need a session or two, and some coaching relationships last for years...
​​
I offer individual coaching sessions of one hour for $150. I recommend that we meet once every 2 -4 weeks.
​
Coaching Circles
Coaching circles are a way to grow and learn along with others living through challenges that are similar to yours.
Each person in the circle will bring a challenge or opportunity they are facing at work or in any other part of their life. Peers provide reflections rather than advice, and always from a place of appreciation. The discussion allows participants to benefit from the perspective of others; their wisdom, expertise, and experience.
The sessions are structured, and experienced facilitators create a supportive field in and around the circle. In our experience, the discussions in these groups don't feel rushed or constrained. Rather, the structure and intention of the group create a sense of spaciousness and depth which allows participants to explore their issues, leaving the circle with new ideas and new insights.
Skills and personal development goals for coaching circles:

- Practice giving helpful and kind feedback;
- See first hand how deep presence and active listening can transform a workplace.
